Prices are in Euro currency for a 1 day stay. Kindly understand that you can only rent the whole Villa (exceptions can be made for out of season booking of only Penthouse or ground floor area).

Please note that once your booking has been confirmed the Terms and Conditions of rental will apply.

The price includes: VAT, Tourist tax and all as listed on the villa homepage
Advance payment: 30% of the rental is required to secure your booking
Property damage security: €500 refundable damage deposit on the day of arrival
