Villa is conveniently located in walking distance from everything you need. It will take you only 100 m to city center and only 300 m to beautiful Blue beach. Near the house, you will find coffee place, store, bakery and park with playground for children.

No. Villa is completely for your private use, and you can feel free and comfortable in all 320 m2 of private space.

Our team will take care of you at the check-in and will be your point of contact for any issues. They will also clean and maintain the pool on every, or every second day. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we can provide it for an extra fee.

In the driveway there is a secure space for 2 big cars or 3 small cars. If you need additional parking spot, we can help you find one in proximity of the Villa.

In both kitchens you will find everything that you need including ovens, filter coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, hand mixer and dishwasher.

Sure! We provide the professionally cleaned hotel quality linen, towels and pool towels.

Yes, we welcome the children of all ages. In the house you will find baby cot and highchair for the smallest ones.

Yes, that can be arranged but not during the high season please.

Usually, yes. Because of the size of the Villa and extensive preparation we require the minimum stay of 5 days.

There are no hidden expenses. Villa is inclusive of utilities expenses, bed linens, towels, departure cleaning, parking and Wi-Fi. The rent does not include your personal expenses like food costs, transportation, activities or on demand cleaning.

It can be more expensive than hotel rooms depending on the group size, time of year and destination. However, there are many benefits to staying in a villa over a hotel and the experience is completely different. 

Villas are much more private than hotels and offer a better setup/layout for groups travelling together. Our Villa have private pools, so there is no need to reserve a chair by the pool first thing in the morning and there are no strangers getting rowdy. Our villa has enough bedrooms for everyone to have their privacy but has lovely common spaces so you can all dine and hang out together while on vacation. 

It is also quite ideal when travelling with children! Rather than parents having to go to their hotel rooms, and stay there, after dinner, the kids can go to sleep while everyone can enjoy the evening together on the pool deck or watching a movie!
